Outpayce safeguards customer funds through segregated safeguarding accounts held with an authorised credit institution, in compliance with the relevant applicable regulations. These arrangements ensure that customer funds remain protected at all times. This safeguarding method is subject to periodic independent external audit.
Outpayce S.A.U. (“Outpayce”) is an Electronic Money Institution authorised and supervised by the Banco de España and maintains a risk-based Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) compliance framework in line with all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines in the jurisdictions in which it operates. Outpayce applies customer due-diligence measures, sanctions screening, transaction-monitoring and fraud-risk management controls designed to reduce the risk that its products and services are used for illicit purposes and to support the detection of potentially suspicious activity.
Certain operational and technical services supporting Outpayce’s payment and e-money activities are provided by authorised and regulated third-party service providers. Outpayce retains full regulatory responsibility for these outsourced activities in accordance with applicable regulations. All material outsourcing arrangements are duly notified to, and approved by the Bank of Spain.
Outpayce S.A.U. operates under a corporate governance and internal control framework designed to ensure the sound and prudent management of its activities as an Electronic Money Institution supervised by the Bank of Spain. Outpayce is wholly owned by Amadeus IT Group S.A., and its governance is overseen by the Board of Directors, which is responsible for the effectiveness of the internal control system and regulatory compliance.

Outpayce provides B2B solutions for the travel industry, including regulated electronic money and payment services. Copies of the applicable terms and conditions are made available to each customer.
Applicable fees and charges are defined individually in each client’s contractual agreement. Information made available in the 'TID Reports' section relates solely to transparency obligations under Bank of Spain Circular 1/2015 regarding interchange fees and does not represent Outpayce’s commercial pricing.
In accordance with Circular 1/2015, Outpayce publishes on its website the information contained in the TID reports regarding operations carried out in each natural quarter, classified by card profile and beneficiary activity. The published information excludes the number and amount of payment transactions, as well as the amount of fees received. This data is updated quarterly, in line with the submission of TID reports to the Bank of Spain, as stipulated in the third rule of the Circular.
De acuerdo con la Circular 1/2015, Outpayce publica en su sitio web la información contenida en los informes TID sobre las operaciones realizadas en cada trimestre natural, clasificadas por perfil de tarjeta y actividad del beneficiario. La información publicada excluye el número y el importe de las transacciones de pago, así como el importe de las comisiones recibidas. Estos datos se actualizan trimestralmente, en línea con la presentación de los informes TID al Banco de España, según lo estipulado en la tercera norma de la Circular.
